You may know her best as the person who sang the chorus for Mackelmore & Ryan’s “Same Love”. I guess she is pursuing a solo career now. The song is dark, quirky, funny and honest all at the same time. It totally wasn’t what I thought her sound would be like but here it is. I think the lyrics speak more to me than the song as a whole.
